- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My ex wife who also had a policy with them ran into the back of my car on purpose. The incident left minor scratches on the back of my car, it took a month for a the claims department to even get in touch with me when I called them multiple times. I even took it a step further and took it to a body shop my self and got the estimate. Once I finally had a apt and took off work for the adjuster to come out to my house he didn't even show. It was one disappointment after another they never took my claim seriously I had several witness and they never even called them. Since this matter I have canceled my policies (auto/life) with them and opted to take care of the damage myself because I was tired of the run around. I also found much cheaper rates for the same coverage, almost half.By Darren R, June 24, 2017
